The inquiry form requests your name, phone, email, ZIP code, community, project interest, and any details you enter. Do not submit sensitive financial information.
Purpose and recipients
Details are used to review your project inquiry and arrange follow-up. With your consent, they may be shared with a contractor who can assess your project. Submitting an inquiry does not create a construction agreement.
Form processing and calls
The form uses Web3Forms to deliver submissions. WhatConverts provides the website tracking script and local phone forwarding. Calls are answered by an automated receptionist using Vapi. Calls may be recorded and transcribed to handle your inquiry; a recording announcement plays before the conversation. Inquiry details, including the call date and time, may be stored in Google Sheets for follow-up.
