What we ask for
Before a contractor receives inquiries, we review:

- Insurance. Current liability insurance and, where required, workers' compensation coverage.
- Service area. The communities you actually serve.
- Work you do. The services you offer and the kinds of projects you want.
- Examples of your work. Photos or references of comparable projects.
We may ask for updated documents from time to time, and we may remove contractors whose licenses or insurance lapse.
What to expect
Homeowners who call or use our estimate form share their name, contact details, location and project ideas. With their consent, we pass those details to a contractor who serves their area, when one is available for their location. The homeowner then decides whether to work with you.
You remain an independent business. You provide your own estimates, contracts, permits, schedules and warranties, and you are responsible for the quality of your work and for complying with Florida law and local rules.
Fees and terms. Our arrangement with contractors, including any fees, is explained before you join and is summarized in our referral and marketing disclosure. Please do not rely on this page for pricing terms.
