Why there are no names or photos here
Many websites fill their team page with stock photos and made-up names. We do not. Outdoor Kitchens Wesley Chapel is a small service-area business that connects homeowners with independent contractors, and the people who build your kitchen work for the contractor you choose, not for us. Instead of inventing a roster, this page explains the roles that make the process work and how to reach us.
The roles behind your request
Inquiry line
Our phone line is open 24 hours a day. Calls are answered by an automated receptionist that asks for your name, contact details, location and a short description of your project. It is there so that you can reach us at any hour, including nights and weekends. It is not a person, and it does not give quotes or make appointments. Calls may be tracked and, in some cases, recorded and transcribed, with an announcement before the conversation. See our privacy policy for details.
Inquiry review
Every request, whether it comes from a call or from the estimate form, is reviewed so that incomplete or unsuitable inquiries can be sorted from real projects. The goal is to pass on useful details, such as your community, the type of project and how to reach you, so you are not asked the same questions twice.
Contractor network
Independent local contractors serve homeowners in the area. Before a contractor receives inquiries, their license and insurance are reviewed. We encourage you to confirm both yourself, using Florida's DBPR license search and Pasco County's PascoGateway. Contractors are independent businesses, not employees of Outdoor Kitchens Wesley Chapel. You can read more about how we work with them in our referral and marketing disclosure.
Feedback and complaints
If something goes wrong, or you want to tell us about your experience with the website or a contractor match, we respond within 24 hours. See our complaints policy.
What happens after you contact us
- You call or send the form. Either way, you share your name, how to reach you, your location and what you have in mind.
- Your request is reviewed. We check that we have what a contractor needs.
- Details are passed on. With your consent, your project details are shared with a contractor who serves your area, when one is available for your location.
- The contractor follows up. They contact you to discuss the project, schedule a site visit if appropriate and prepare a written estimate.
- You decide. You choose whether to move forward, with whom and on what terms. Submitting a request does not book an appointment or create a construction agreement.
What our team does

- Receives your inquiry and passes it on to a contractor.
- Reviews contractors for license and insurance before they receive inquiries.
- Responds to feedback and complaints within 24 hours.
What our team does not do
- Design, build, permit or install outdoor kitchens.
- Provide estimates, contracts, schedules or warranties. Those come from your contractor.
- Guarantee availability, price or results.
- Handle disputes over the work itself. Those are between you and the contractor, though we want to hear about problems.
