Complaints Policy
This page explains how to raise a concern and what we will do about it.
What you can complain about
- How your inquiry was handled, including calls and form submissions.
- A contractor who was matched with your project, including communication, professionalism or claims about licenses and insurance.
- Information on this website that you believe is inaccurate or misleading.
- How your personal information was used.
What we cannot resolve
We do not perform construction work and are not a party to contracts between you and your contractor. Disputes about workmanship, payments, schedules, warranties or contract terms are between you and the contractor. If you need to pursue a licensing complaint, you can use the resources of the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation through its license search and related consumer information. We still want to hear about problems so we can act on them.
How to complain
Call 656-237-0445 at any hour or use our contact page. Tell us your name, how to reach you, the date, what happened and what outcome you would like. We do not publish an email address at this time.
What happens next
- Acknowledgment. We respond within 24 hours.
- Review. We look at the details and, where appropriate, contact the contractor involved.
- Response. We tell you what we found and what we will do.
- Action. Where a contractor has misrepresented a license or insurance, or shows repeated or serious problems, we may stop passing on inquiries or remove them from the network.
Your privacy
We use the information in your complaint only to review and resolve it, as described in our privacy policy.
